Who we are

RE7 Creative is based in Lichfield, Staffordshire. If you have any questions about this policy or your details, email hello@re7creative.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the service you’re interested in and your message.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run your project. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we never sell or share your details for marketing.

Enquiries arrive by email and are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and for any project that follows.

Cookies and analytics

The contact form uses one essential session cookie, and a privacy-friendly spam check (ALTCHA) that doesn't track you or use Google. [TODO: if you switch on Google Tag Manager or analytics, say what they collect here.]

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@re7creative.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
